If the screen is not working on Your Lincoln Navigator, You may be dealing with a disconnected cable under the dash cable or need to perform a software reset. To perform a reset select the Settings tab on the touchscreen. Select Advanced. Scroll using the seek buttons on the touchscreen and select Master Reset. SYNC will ask You to confirm. This process erases all stored data, such as call history, text message information, and previously paired phones, and restores Your system to factory settings. You can also update Your software. Log in to Your SYNC Owner account. Visit the SYNC Software Updates page. If You see the notification, "You have an update available," choose Download SYNC Update.

My screen resets on its own as I am driving down the road. It is only a month old and it has done it twice in two days.

My screenhas rebooted about 4 times the last month and it happens when I’m driving. Everytime it comes back on the running boards reset to off. Now all of a sudden my A/C is hot on the driver side and the passenger is cool. It’s on dual and both on low (60 degrees) and even if I take dual off it does change and even if I turn it off and on. Supper glitchy center screen.
