I can't believe it. Are you sure the 2009 Ford F150 does not equipped with a cabin air filter?
It has a hidden one on the passengers side of the transmission underneath the truck . It looks as I'd It was bolt for the transmission pan towards the front of the transmission.not hard to find

I have a 09 F150 with poor air flow and my dealer said there is no cabin air filter. The AC blows really cold just no volume.
