The 2013 Nissan Rogue extended transmission warranty is up to 10 years/120,000 miles for cvt repairs, repleacment, or related towing. The transmission is one of the most important parts of the vehicle. You will come into problems at some point. The gears may become stuck. If the transmission fluid leaks, that needs to be patched quickly. There might be jerking. Delayed shifts will cause acceleration problems. Hard shifts could come up and that is not good. The transmission could slip. You may experience shudders. The transmission fluid needs to be replaced every 30,000 to 60,000 miles. Along with fluid changes, terrible sounds will come from the transmission. Old transmission fluid will be awful to the ear. A worn out torque converter will cause a headache.

I was informed by Nissan that the 2013 Rogue doesn't have the extended warranty. I have to shell out $4,200 for the Nissan I bought 2 years ago and still have payments on!!!! My milage is only at 109k. I filed a complaint and will be writing a complain within the Better Business Bureau and my local Attorney General. This is wrong on so many levels. Nissan you are horrible!

Unfortunately I was told by Nissan that the 2013 Rogue is NOT covered by the extended warranty as my daughter's 2013 Rogue has 107,800 miles and it will cost $4,500 to replace the CVT trans. We checked online at Nissan as well. This is ridiculous!

Nissan need to up date you there mechanic on the new changes on your cars warranty so they know what's going on so they won't be able to run around their purchase your vehicles

Has anyone figured out the truth to this matte? I have a 13' rogue and the CVT is making a horrible noise and vibration. I took it to a shop thinking it was wheel bearings or axle issue and was told it's internal transmission and to take it to a transmission shop. I have no car to drive now and can't afford over $4000 for a remanufactured transmission.
2013 rogue/Nissan horrible customer service/ripping people off. Nissan new there CVT TRANSMISSION was defected and went ahead and placed it into their vehicles. They continued to put it into later models. Nissan needs to be held accountable!! Complain pe

Nissan knows nothing about the 2013 Rogue. They give you the “class action settlement “ web page!!! Nissan sucks. They don’t stand behind their cars. If they did someone might run over them.
