The 2007 Dodge Ram doesn't have a cabin air filter. You will come across some annoying noises from the air conditioner. Loose mounting bolts will become irritating. The 2007 dodge ram will not have a cabin air filter (also known as a pollen filter or ac filter). This mesh is part of the vehicle and it doesn't need to be modified.
