Connecting Your device to the Mercedes Sprinter van via bluetooth requires use of the center display menu. Power a smart phone or device and make sure bluetooth is enabled. Depress the "tel" button located on the left-hand side of the Sprinter's screen. Use the lower right knob's arrow keys to select "phone" and "update". The Mercedes will search for open and available pairing devices. A list of nearby connections will be displayed. Use the arrow key to scroll to the desired device, highlight and choose. A five-digit code will need to be entered on both the van's display and on the paired device. The smart phone should offer to pair with "MB bluetooth" and then request the pairing code. If the process is successful the Sprinter's screen will read "Authorization Successful".

We had a similar problem but you actually just need to put in your phone password as the passkey on the screen and it should work.

I want to connect 2 phones. A Samsung s20 for media only and an iPhone se for work calls. It looks straight forward as it let's you select each phone for a different input. My trouble is it won't let me do that. If I have 1 connected for calls only and I select media on the other phone it disconnects the 1st phone. Trying to connect both wireless. Am I doing something wrong?
