The EcoBoost engines all need 6 quarts of 5W-30 and, the 5.0L V8 gets 7.7 quarts of 5W-20. Once you determine your engine, changing the oil is a simple task.
If you have the 5.0 it's 7.7qts. To simplify your life when DIY purchase 8qts, and remove half of a cup (4ozs)from one if them =7.7qts.
