Alternatively, enter Your dealer provided radio code to reset.You can perform a reset if You have any issues with the radio freezing or a blank infotainment screen. Sometimes the software needs to be factory reset which should usually help issues like this. You will notice that the radio may be playing but there is no sound so perform this procedure to help fix this issue. Turn key on till airbag light goes out. Wait three seconds and turn key off. Repeat three times. Did this three times. It comes back on on the4 count
