The 2018 Honda Pilot does not come equipped with power folding mirrors except for the elite trim levels which usually cost an extra 10K. You can install power mirrors on the 2018 model as You can fit the mirrors well and install them on the vehicle flawlessly. The cost for the power folding mirrors will range from $200 to $260 depending on if its an aftermarket or OEM product. The tools required are a 10mm socket, socket extender, torx screwdriver, pliers and cutting pliers. You will need to get a switch which You can also purchase for the vehicle from the dealership. There are service manuals available to help You install the mirror.

The only features that the 2018 Honda Pilot Elite has that the Touring does not have are power-folding mirrors with automatic dimming, a panoramic sunroof, a heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats, rain sensing wipers and a wireless charging pad.
