The 2010 Nissan Altima is equipped with Bluetooth capability if an additional package is purchased. The Premium Audio Package includes Bluetooth connectivity for hands-free calls, as well as USB connection, a 4.3-inch display, Bose AM/FM audio with nine speakers, and a rearview monitor. The 3.5 SR Premium Package includes Bluetooth capability and the same technology as the previous package. In addition, this package comes with a leather-wrapped shift knob, power driver lumbar support, compass, mood lighting and rear-passenger A/C ventilation.
