2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ltz 6.2l.
There's only a couple of things I do not love about my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ltz 6.2l. The crankshaft rear oil seal started leaking around 100,000 miles. The 'torque management control' [throttle delay] is horrible and is the main complaint.

Very reliable truck, not a family vehicle.
Great vehicle very reliable, only had a few issues with the breaks. I have put over 70,000 miles on it since I got it. The only problem I see is if you have kids the back seat is very tight and the only really room in the back is in the middle. Over all I would tell people to buy this truck.

Chevrolet Silverado 2010 review.
This truck is really great. No big problems have arisen since purchasing this truck. The interior is great and comfortable with lots of space. Chevrolet trucks are reliable as they say. As a v8 truck it provides just enough power. The features in this truck are great.

They hold their value so well for a reason
Very reliable truck. 145,000 miles currently and no problems except for routine maintenance. Very comfortable ride, very good looking truck too. The 5.3 is all it's cracked up to be. Favorite vehicle I've ever owned 10/10. There is nothing I don't like about this truck, going to keep it for as long as possible.

The 4x4 drive, it can sit five people.
It a good vehicle. Just need watch the tires sensors. And keep a eye on the lights wires it burns out. Sometime the inside lights still out. The 4x4 wheel work very good. Try not get a bed liner. Water get under it. Be it a very good vehicle. I like it.

188 thousand and good as new.
188 thousand miles and I've only had to do regular maintenance. Great truck! There was a problem with the threads in a spark plug hole which was replaced and fine afterwards. Headlights are still bright as the day I bought it. Interior is tough no worn seats or tears. Paint has held up there is one spot clear is barley peeling but I dented the bed causing it. Windshield makes a noise when speed reaches 65 and continues until under 65. It's done that since day one. The audio jack really has not ever worked but I never needed it I had to have it aligned one time and that was because I hit a couple really bad spots on the mountain in Kentucky and messed bbn it up.

Easy and fun to use. Definitely recommend for both single use and family.
This truck is fantastic. Easy to use and great for road trips. There is lots of room in the back seat for guests. They will not feel cramped. The seats easily move to provide the best leg room. The bed can hold lots of weight and sliding things on it does not mess up the bottom of the bed. This truck can also tow trailers with ease.

Great quality Chevrolet truck.
No problems with my Chevy Silverado truck, has been a great vehicle. We always take it on vacation with us because of the extra room. The extended cab is roomy, plenty of legroom and headroom. We did get a bed cover and that is great to throw luggage back there and not take up space in the cab.

A great buy for someone who needs a reliable model.
Perfect for work, both efficient and spacious. It has enough room in the trunk for travel and it has space in the interior as well. They are very comfortable and I have had it for many years now. My truck is very reliable and it has taken me anywhere I needed to get to without any problems. Although it does help to keep it in check and make sure everything is good every once in a while.

10 year owner of a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 z71.
This has been a fantastic vehicle. I purchased it brand new. I have 200k miles on it and have had to spend less than $500 total on repairs on it over the lifetime of the truck. Performance and fuel mileage are both decent. Fit and finish on it is nice and the seats are very comfortable. The only two gripes I would have with it is that my dash cracked in a couple places last year. Granted that it has spent most of its life ungaraged so it has been in the sun a lot and I think that is what took the toll on the dash. The other thing is the heavy use buttons like the climate control and some radio buttons have lost their finish over the past couple of years. Overall a great truck.

It is reliable and dependable.
I love most everything about my truck except it could use the following: additional step up into the bed. Tailgate swing horizontal too. Sun glass and storage areas.

My Silverado is a very dependable truck.
My truck is awesome on gas for a big truck. It rides like a dream and is so comfortable. It runs quite as a mouse. The only problem I've had was the fuel pump went out. The pump cost $525 plus install. I replaced the tires and had the oil changed at Walmart this summer.

Very reliable and safe truck!
I really love my Chevy Silverado. It is very comfortable. I drive long distance at times and I feel safe. The gas is a bit expensive but I understand that it has a v8 engine. I have a bit of a problem with the tire alignment due to wear and tear. Other than that, love the design, the color, the sound when listening to music and how the volume goes up and down based on the speed and wind noise etc.

Super comfortable, feel safe driving it. I does take a lot of gas though. The oil changes are too expensive. The tires are a little pricey. Wish it had a better stereo.

The super duper Silverado.
The Silverado is an excellent truck! It has a lot of power and is able to haul nearly everything. It is a beast! It is also very reliable and has not left us high and dry... Except when we ran it out of gas. That is the one thing that I would complain about.

It is a very good truck with very little maintenance needed on it. I can haul groceries and other things I need. It is a very safe vehicle for my family and roomy also for car seats and other passengers with cup holders. I love the way engine sounds and it is very good on gas mileage.

2010 Chevy Silverado ltz 1500 extended cab. Great truck for anything!
I love that it has a remote start, especially on cold mornings. It has heated seats, dual settings for the heat and ac. It has power mirrors that fold in which is very nice in tight spots. It has an instrument panel that tells me everything under the sun, including the temperature and the direction in which I am traveling. The dashboard is well lighted in the dark. Everything is within reach. Power seats. I love the extended cab with the doors that open to the back that are not full size doors, it makes grocery shopping or shopping of any kind very nice. It beeps at me when I am backing up to let me know if I get too close to something. It has OnStar and Sirius radio. It is wider that I normally like but it is what I needed for the country life. I haul water and firewood. I tow my boat and trailer. Overall, I love my truck.

My truck has a convertible bed cover and makes it super easy load into the bed.
My truck is lift and bigger tires on it. I am a big person so I need a big car. I am in love with the navy blue color with black accessories. I added a aftermarket stereo because all of my other car have had one and I just felt like I needed it. I have never had any problems with my truck but I do regularly maintenance on it. The truck comfortably fits five people. I am 6 foot eight and someone can actually sit behind me and have plenty of room so that they do not feel squished. I have a vortec motor in it and the performance is amazing. Super reliable and does everything I needed to do even as a daily driver and off road. Over all I really love this truck and would recommend it to other people.

Back up cameras and Cindy seats.
The size is perfect! It always gets me to where I need to go. It is got plenty of room. Very good at pulling heavy things. The back up camera is really nice especially at night when it is to dark to see our your back window, the camera is all lit up. The only bad part about it is the issue with the gas line.

Chevy Silverado, a big truck for everyday use.
Transmission is clunky, plastics are cheap. Fuel economy is good, exhaust sound is great, I enjoy the extended cab doors and the added room the seats provide. Seats are comfortable and the headlights are great. Truck is tough, tailgate works wonderfully. It has all four tires and all 24 lug nuts. It also has a spare tire.

Amazing 2010 Chevy Silverado.
I really do love my truck. I have had zero mechanical issues since buying it new in 2010. The mileage is currently at 87500, and other than routine maintenance we have encountered zero problems. The ride is smooth and the features are just right. Gas mileage is solid coming in around 15 in city and upwards of 20 on the highway. I would definitely buy again and in fact have owned 3 silverados and could see myself buying another one in the next 2-3 years.
accountCircle Ro N on March 4, 2021
Awesomeness of the Silverado.
I absolutely love my Silverado!! The only problem with it that I have had since buying it is the rust bubbles that are on the sides. I have been told that there is not much they can do about it except replace the entire bed of the truck, which will be pricey. Other than that, it is such a smooth ride but is not a fun killer like the newer trucks that are no longer rugged. I love the way my truck handles and it is really great on gas, much to my surprise. We actually get better gas mileage in our truck than we do our traverse!

2010 Silverado quality and functionality.
Very reliable truck, have not had any issues or problems since I have owned it. Interior design on this body style feels relatively cheap, however. Lots of little annoying creaks in the dash and center console. Drivability is great, function is great.

The only maintenance that I have done have been oil changes and needed to replace the leaf springs because they were cracked. My vehicle is reliable, yet affordable. Comfortable and easy ride. It does have its pitfalls however. The vehicle in question gets horrible gas mileage and has to be tweaked occasionally, due to issues with motor and brake pads. All and all a lovely vehicle and would 10/10 recommend.

Best vehicle I have ever owned, not any major issues. Very dependable.
My Chevy Silverado has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Besides regular maintenance and some minor normal issues my truck hasn't broke down. It's definitely not a money pit like a lot of truck. It does ok on gas mileage and ride very quite not much road noise. About the only thing that could be better is the air conditioning is not super cold like a lot of vehicles. The truck has 98, 0000 miles and has only had one brake change and one new set of tires. Everyone loves the look of the truck and cant believe its 8 years old. I would definitely recommend the Silverado to anyone. It tow stuff around without any engine drag and comes with tow package. To sum it up my Silverado is the best vehicle I have ever owned.

I have not had any problems out of my 2010 Chevy Silverado. I do have one complaint about it. The back seat does not have enough leg room. I owned a ford f150 previously and it had all sorts of leg room Chevy needs to address this. Other than that, I like my Chevy Silverado.

I also offers on star that is great to know if you need help its there with a touch of a button. Do the options are nice. Wish I had heated seats and power seats. Best thing about it is its rugged capabilities and works for pulling a camper.
Its four wheel drive so it has safely got me to and from work in the snow. It is good on any surface road as long as caution is used. Very easy to drive. Problems with it, been in the shop a lot for check engine light on. After about 6 times in shop, problem was finally fixed. It is not very roomy for a long trip and its has average gas consumption. Seats are somewhat comfortable, driver side is powered so can be adjusted up, down. Forward, back. Does not support lower lumbar of back so use pillow for support. Features include XM radio, CD, running boards, tow package, 4 wheel which makes this vehicle very appealing to me and fits with my everyday life.

My truck works great! Has been very reliable for my own uses along with helping friends move. I have had minimal problems for it being 10 years old, just some normal wear and tear. Very comfortable and I have an extended cab so I can fit a larger amount of passengers.

The lifters in the engine went out at 100,000 miles and had to replace the engine.
2010 Chevrolet Silverado, it is 4 wheel drive and has handled the rough terrain I put it through very well. Has never given me any real problems and I will purchase another one.

I use synthetic engine oil and change it every 3,000 miles.
I like that it is an American made pickup truck. It suits my needs. I wish the transmission shifted a little smoother, I wish the frame was painted instead of wax coated and I wish the transmission pan had a plug. Overall, I'm very happy with the truck.

2010 Silverado exceeds Chevy standard.
Our Silverado has been great. It is reliable and very roomy on the inside. It performs well in winter if there is snow or ice, with the 4 wheel drive engaged. Knock on wood we've had no issues. It has lived up to the Chevy standard. The only thing we've had to do is routine maintenance.

My decent car that has little problems.
It is a good car just is starting to get a lot of miles. There is no problems with the inside of the car but the outside is a little rusty. The car's tires are pretty good and it does not need a oil change. The breaks are good and so is the engine. The car gets good miles.

It's very roomy, rides well, and has required almost no maintenance in eight years.
I like the hauling ability, and reliability. The engine bay is large and easy to work in. I regret not getting four wheel drive.

Will haul anything and have never left me stranded. Decent mpg on the highway.
I have owned 8 years and only one repair, a chip for 400 dollars. Four wheel drive and never left me stranded.

Very reliable minimum maintenance truck.
Most reliable vehicle I have owned there has been minimum maintenance I have had to do. Big enough for family vehicle. The only downside is rear wheel wells have begun rusting and it is not very old. I will continue to buy Silverado if I do decide to upgrade eventually.

Chevy Silverados are reliable and comfortable.
Zero issues with my Chevrolet Silverado, I will be driving one for the rest of my life no questions ask. They are very roomy and comfortable to drive. You sit up higher than most cars which is nice. Driving a truck is the best. I will never in my life drive a ford.

Heated seats it is a powerful truck love my four wheel drive.
It has been a very reliable truck. It tows very well. I will buy another truck when this one dies but until then I will drive it. I like the color. I like the power it has. I like the heated seats. Chevy makes great trucks, my wife also likes my truck.

Tire pressure problems but overall great car.
My car has been so wonderful it drives really nice but I have had issues with the tire pressure always being low. It has said to be fixed twice but still comes back and has low tire pressure. Also the trunk gets stuck sometimes when trying to open it.

My lifted Chevrolet is beautiful.
My truck is lifted so it is really bad on gas. One other thing that bothers me about it is how big the door frame piece is so it becomes a blind spot. But other than that I love it, I put tons of miles on it and haven't had to do any major engine work. I change the oil regularly and other than that I have just needed to change the tires and brakes. The ac and heat work amazingly fast, it is very reliable and can make it up anything I put it to the test of. The seats are also very comfortable and have lots of room.

It is four wheel drive has never me down and has got me unstuck plenty of times.
Make is Chevy Silverado has lasted me over 5 years plus years with owners before me. It runs on tornadoes and Bruce Lee movies. It has over 280,000 miles and will go infinity miles more. If you want to swallow a heavy load get you a ford but if you want to pull heavy load get you a Chevy.

There’s a lot of legroom and room in the back seat and storage space.
We just don't like the lift kit, but other than that, everything is great. It has plenty of room and drives great. Really good vehicle for family road trips.

Chevrolet 2010 truck an all around good truck with the exception-brake switch.
The brake pedal switch that allows you to push the break so you can engage your transmission into reverse or drive is a main issue if these trucks they will go bad and you cannot put the vehicle in drive. I have replaced 4 since owning the vehicle. Also the. Headlights have been an issue with the wiring.

Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review.
Very comfortable, good gas mileage, low maintenance, makes hauling things easy, not a lot of room between back seat and front seat. Has compartments to store items other than the glovebox. Back seats fold up to store or haul items. Easy to get into and out.

Stout. Performs well. Nice all the way around.
My 2010 Chevy Silverado LT was bought used. Has a lot of miles. It's a great truck. The only issue is the left front headlight has a short. Have had several mechanics work on it and still continues to short out. It performs great and towing a 20' trailer is nothing

Nothing really nothing is special about my truck engine wise.8.
When I bought my truck it had 27000 miles on it..It now has 110000 miles on it the check engine light came on 1 time so far do to the gas cap leaking other than that great running truck. The thing still looks new I have tried to take care of it for the time I have had it put new tires on it recently and put a new hood on it with scoops because my other one the paint started to peel off.

Reliable workhorse, useful, fun. This truck has been my favorite ever!
This truck is awesome! No mechanical issues despite many trips across the country. I use it for forestry work, and it is great off road. Best full size truck I've ever owned. I have a slide in truck camper that hasn't affected the performance at all. Super reliable, my home away from home. And blue! I love blue.

2010 Chevy Silverado lemon.
My 2010 Chevy Silverado is a lemon. For the past 5 years I have been having battery/charge issues. If I do not disconnect the battery when I park the truck the battery drains completely within 20-30 minutes. When this happens I need to get someone to jump the truck. There's also a stabilizer problem that causes the truck to drop in acceleration and I lose power and speed. When this happens I have to disconnect the battery, wait 2-5 minutes and reconnect it so that the computer resets and I can drive again.

The Silverado performance.
The performance has been awesome. It runs and the rate of speed is astronomical. The overall package is something the public respects. It drives with accurate precision. The drive package offers long range performance and the ability to tow. Performance is perfect for the road everyday.

I love this truck because it is a z71 edition.
Any vehicle can be a lemon. My truck is a 2010 Chevy Silverado about 80,000 miles. The coolant is leaking into the engine oil, have had some issues with cylinders, front two axles seals are leaking, the exhaust needs done, rear brakes need done, rear shocks need done. She keeps a going for me though.
