Very roomy for a small SUV.
I haven't had any issues with the vehicle. For a small SUV it is very roomy. Has great gas mileage. Control panel is easy to operate. Easy access to spare tire. Back seat can move back for more leg room. Fits a large adult comfortably. Great for traveling.

I love my equinox and would definitely buy another one.
The equinox is perfect for people with mobility issues. It is not so low to the ground like most cars that you have a hard time getting in and out. It is not so high off the ground that you need a step up to get in either. Very roomy and stylish inside. Roomy cargo area and interior seating. I love driving it.

There's no knocking the 2015 Chevy equinox.
There hasn't been many reliability issues at 80000 miles. Minor wear and tear. It's a 4 cylinder which is great but not as powerful. I wish there was a back seat air vent but besides that the features are decent. I am starting to hear some noises at almost 90000 miles that I am unfamiliar with what they could be but besides that it's been a good reliable SUV.

Equinox is an excellent vehicle for families.
I have been very satisfied with my equinox. I would buy another one when it is time to trade mine in. It is a very versatile vehicle, as you can fold down the rear seating if you need to haul a large item. Also, the gas mileage is even better than was posted. I highly recommend this vehicle.

Equinox best midsize SUV you can buy and drive. Great features are available.
My equinox is a great car to drive. I like the adjustable seats so I feel very comfortable driving. I can see very well out the front windshield. The inside is very roomy. You can sit very comfortably in the back seat. You have enough leg room. The back is big enough to carry a lot of cargo. I like that I have a mirror with light on the sun visors. The radio has great audio.

Our 2015 is very roomy, comfortable for myself, my husband, our 26 yr old daughter, 7 yr old and 5 yr old in car seat. All at the same time. Riding is smooth, low noise. Plenty of room in the back for groceries. I also love that you can let the back seats down for extra space.

I am very happy with my equinox and it is a great vehicle to purchase.
I had an equinox previously and was in a wreck. I was very satisfied of the protection I had in the vehicle. It is comfortable yet provides enough room to haul stuff. It has a sleek appearance and gets good gas mileage. My mom has bought 2 since I bought my first one that was a used 2005. I recommended it to my sister in law and they just bought a 2020. Great vehicle not much else to say.

Amazing family car you will not regret buying this car.
It does have sensor problems like the camshaft position sensor and o2 sensors little things but overall a good vehicle plenty of room and drives amazingly its great for long trips or vacations and can haul a lot in the back of it very roomy and gets great gas mileage and very quiet and very reliable.

Not too small and not too big. Trunk holds a lot and passengers fit comfortably.
Pretty reliable, gas mileage is good, never had any safety issues, no seat warmer, needs more cup holders, needs vents in back of car for better air circulation, seats are comfortable and easy to clean, trunk space is perfect, truck needs to be automated with a button on key fob and dash.

Remote start is amazing for when it is cold/hot outside.
Had my car for almost 3 years and love everything about it. Only thing I wish it had was 3rd row seating and air conditioning in the back of the vehicle, however, air conditioning is very powerful so the back cools down very quickly. Love the fact it has remote start for the cold/hot months of the year.

Other than the eco mode it is the perfect vehicle for a small family.
One of the smoothest cars I have ever driven/ ridden in!! I have had some small problems with the eco setting, my car basically just stopped turning on and when I took it to the shop they explained how it was the eco mode causing it. Since then I haven’t turned it back on and my car has been running perfectly fine! Great gas mileage! I really couldn’t ask for a better car.

My vehicle gets the job done it is definitely not a luxury car or anything but I have had very few problems with it I am very happy with my purchase. Is it a perfect car? Absolutely not but as a start up for your first car I would definitely recommend it or for families.

The only perfect crossover.
This car is my favorite I have ever had. The interior is very comfortable and has lots of room for people and storage. The console is easy to understand and is aesthetically appealing too. The car handles well and creates a smooth ride. It is a true crossover in that it does not feel as low as a car but is certainly not as big as an SUV.

Very comfortable, drive really smooth. No issues. Love the back up cameras and touch screen radio controls. Spacious back seat. Tinted windows. Ecoboost for in town driving to get better gas mileage. Lets you the percent of your oil 'life' so you know when to get your next oil change. Great for traveling long distances.

I bought this car for the safety features for my two children and for the leg room in the back seat. Also benefit I like the height of the center console it is perfect to rest my elbow on as well as the armrest on the door. 8 cup holders in the car is great too.

High oil consumption leads to engine failure
This car's engine has a history of high oil consumption. It burns 1-2 quarts every 1000 miles, and the low oil pressure light doesn't work. I just had an oil change 6 weeks ago, and now my engine has failed. I was quoted 5800.00 for a used engine with 78k miles on it. I still owe 6000.00 on it. There is a class action lawsuit regarding oil consumption and engine failure for 2010-2017 models, but GM is only fixing 2010-2013 Do not buy this car!!!

The highlight of the 2015 Chevy equinox.
I do not have any problems with it. It is drive smooth, it is good for a little family, it is comfortable. It had Bluetooth audio and cable to charge your phone. It has ecoboost which helps with saving gas. It had a spacious back seat. The trunk is also roomy. There is not a back air vent though so all the air circulation from the front has to go to the back. That is the only things I do not like about it.

We love that this car has lots of space!
I love the space in this vehicle. The trunk has a lot of space to be utilized. I love that the rear bench can be adjusted to give more legroom or to make the trunk larger. It is the perfect family vehicle for a family of 4 (and a dog!) We travel frequently to visit family & we fit everything in the vehicle or on the top in a car-top carrier.

Great car, tire pressure issue.
My Chevy equinox is a great car. Great gas mileage and comfy. Only issue that I have had is that my tire pressure gets low for all 4 tires and I need to put air in all tires every 2 weeks, besides that the car runs great. Wish it was 4wd and had ability to tow.

Comfortable vehicle to drive.
The chevy equinox is very comfortable to drive. It is easy to enter and exit. The driver's seat has electric controls for height and lumbar support adjustments which helps my back problem. Visibility is mostly good, but there are some blind spots caused by the support columns. Fuel economy is good for this sized vehicle.

A family car worth buying.
It is very spacious with plenty of room in the back seat. It drives very well. I have had only one problem with the motor for the driver seat but other than that no other problems. The trunk is small compared to the traverse but I love my car. It is a true family car.

Great mileage for SUV / runs smoothly.

Best vehicle ever. I was very pleased with the amount of room on the inside.
It has enough room for the whole family. It is very fuel efficient, but also has a ton of power. We were able to pull our boat behind it with no issues, and traveled halfway across the country for minimal costs. Very comfortable and has many features including back up camera, XM radio, and OnStar. In three years, I have not had any performance issues with this vehicle.

Chevy equinox, decent car with some problems, do not want longer than 5 yr.
It is pretty nice, has a bit of a rusting issue already though. The left windshield wiper arm broke. I have had to have a solenoid changed under warranty. Sometimes the stars are a bit rough at only 86 k miles... Been a decent vehicle though. Also, the Bluetooth connection does not work anymore like it used to (buggy), and the keys regularly break.

Great family vehicle, plenty of room, air is a problem.
The Chevy equinox has been a great family car. It rides smooth, has good gas mileage, and plenty of room. The only problem I have with my vehicle is the air condition. The way the air vents are positioned it is almost impossible to get air into the backseat, this was a problem for us have a small child. I even tried to buy attachable hoses to bring air to the back seat but none of them came in the same vent shape. This has been the only problem we have come across with our car.

The backseat needs to be wider to accommodate 3 people when using car seats.
I have had my vehicle for a year now and I honestly love everything about it except I realized 3 rows would be better for my family instead of 2. I have 2 car seats in my back seat and there's not enough room for a 3rd person to sit in the middle. I do love the fact that the backseat can move back, even just a little bit makes a big difference. Even though I don't pay for OnStar I still receive a driver's diagnostics every month sent to my email. Helps me keep my car in great condition by reminded me I need a oil change, or my tires need air.

Chevrolet equinox negative aspects.
Drives nice however does not have four wheel drive and gets stuck in the snow often. Radio and Bluetooth are not completely reliable and have to use an apple cord for phone to play. Windshield cracks easily and car gets rust spots very easily. Tire pressure notification appears whenever weather temperature drops.

Equinox the best rocking car for the smart generation.
We have had no problems with the car we did have to replace the battery but otherwise just general maintenance. It is easy on gas has a lot of room gets great mileage. The seats are super comfy we added a awning type thing over the windows so that you can roll them down a bit and not get wet when it rains.

Expensive paper weight
Looks nice I admit however, a 5 year 120k mile warranty chevy doesn't honor. Even with emails from on star stating there's an issue with the engine or transmission, multiple videos of it acting up, and even took it into the dealership with it having the issues, I'm told they can't duplicate it. Since may 2019 it's been to the dealership 6 times. No matter what, when, or where without warning it will say service power steering then service stabilitrak then eco mode on gauges go to 0 driving or not. It reduces power, the transmission slams into gears if they decide to change. Has done this more than 15 times in 4 months. I have 6 pages of codes and Chevrolet Corporation tells me there's nothing wrong with my vehicle. It started this at 41k miles. Only 44k on it now and they refuse to fix it because they say they could lose their job if it isn't the problem. Hmm it's under warranty so legal action is beginning for breach of warranty. Keep your money people.

No acceleration but overall great car.
The vehicle has been extremely reliable since I have had it. I have had no issues with the engine. It drives smoothly and doesn't pull or have any trouble with stopping. My only complaint is that the engine is a little small, therefore the vehicle does not speed up as quickly as other comparable brands.

Great reliable car for a family of four
My equinox works for me. Very reliable never had any problems with the car. The only thing that we didn't think about when we got it is how many seats it had. We have three kids now and I can't transport all three. Great gas mileage with the ECO option.

Riding in luxury but not a luxury vehicle.
I love my Chevrolet it is very reliable, trustworthy and economical. I get great gas mileage and I love the Wifi and onstar service. I have heated seats which is awesome in the winter as well as auto start. My car is fully loaded with backup cameras and park assist. My car is my home away from home and is a reflection of who I am. Chevy equinox and what’s good about it.
With my Chevy equinox the performance has been good. It is very reliable it gets me to where I need to go. I wanted my car for my family it is seats are comfortable and spacious. The back seat folds down and pulls forward to make more space in the trunk. The spare tire has its own space under the trunk space. I love the back up camera it goes with the car so it is easier to back up. The radio connects with Bluetooth so I can play the music on my phone, but also has a CD player to play my CD’s.

Reliable SUV with a few quirks
Love the way it drives but not really comfortable. Wish there weren't so many blind spots and thankful for the backup camera otherwise I'd be in trouble. I'm short so there's a few areas that are hard to see. Otherwise a good reliable SUV so far.

Great at adjusting for short people. Front windshield blind spots.
I really like everything about it except the way the front windshield is. You can have blind spots when turning or on a curved road. The sides block the view. I find myself having to look out the drivers side window on roads that curve or when turning. That is probably my only complaint though. I am a short person (5'2) and it adjusts to fit small people well.

No a/c vent in backseat-2015 equinox.
I hate that the equinox does not have a/c vents in the back seat. Very hot in the back there unless you turn the air on so high it sounds like a wind turbine in the front. When I have my grandbabies I have to constantly check on them BC it's so hot in the back.

Breathable backseat space.
Personally I find this vehicle to be very comfortable. I enjoyed the crystal red sleek color of my equinox. My only complaint about my owned vehicle is the about of oil, or gas, consumption that I go through primarily on everyday streets. Typically, the mileage is adequate. After owning it for two years, I experienced that the driver controls were not working properly. This experience has been the only repair that I have had to pay for while owning the equinox. Lastly, I really enjoy the backseat space to have excess room for traveling.

I really love my car. We owned one in 2010 and traded it in for a Ford in 2012 and hated the Ford and went back to the Chevy Equinox. I love the room it has for two car seats. The back up camera is great. I love the way the back seat can be scooted back or forward to create more room between the front and back seats. There is a great amount of storage in the equinox and I would buy another.

I love the fact that Chevy has Onstar! Online diagnostics are very handy as well as being able to see all details on the chevy app. At this time I have no complaints!
Onstar can save a life, it saved mine once before, I won't own another vehicle without Onstar.

A couple minor complaints, but overall very satisfied.
It has trouble with pick up when I am increasing speed, especially in the highway, and the speakers sometimes make weird noises. Aside from that, the comfort is great, the driver seat allows for many customizations, and I have taken many road trips with this car where all of the passengers were comfortable.

Great performance SUV for first time owners
This SUV is wonderful. It is great for me despite how short I am. I love how easy it is to work everything in the vehicle. For bad weather conditions the body is heavy enough that I do not notice. There is so much extra room for my son, which my old car could not even support his car seat. The comfort features in the driver seat are great for helping my back and posture. I wish it was amazon Alexa integrated into the system but of course it still works fine.

Reliability
Overall I have had a good experience with this car. I feel it gets good gas mileage for an SUV and generally has been very reliable. The only issue Ihave experienced has been with the solenoid. I have had to replace on and had one other intake fix related to this part since owning the car.

Have had no major or minor problems, it provides a very smooth rides and gets good gas mileage, it's a 4 it takes a little while to get going it is perfect for us being the mid-range model offered.. Looks very stylish white with black trim black interior,

Family vehicle with stylish amenities.
Great car for fitting children and family. I wish it was a bit more spot, but serves it purpose and comes equipped with many amenities that one may look for in a vehicle. Came with nice rims, sunroof, XM radio, electric everything, my hatchback even opens from my key fob if I choose.

Good safety rating, good gas mileage, comfortable for trips with good storage.
I have had some problems with the electrical systems that have been fixed under warranty. I also had the fuel pump go out and been replaced under warranty. It is comfortable for long trips and has room for storage. It also gets good gas mileage. It has a good safety rating.

All wheel drive versus 4 wheel drive.
I have no problems with my vehicle. I would not get another 4 cylinder vehicle ever again there is not enough pick up when accelerating. I would prefer a 4 wheel drive over an all wheel drive but I can live with it. They should come with a hitch for towing things.

Some issues with placing, but overall a good car.
There are no real problems other than the air vents being covered by the steering wheel. The brake pedal is a bit higher off the ground from the gas pedal so it makes it slightly uncomfortable. The spare tire compartment underneath the trunk is awesome! There is not much room in the backseat but the front is very roomy!!

So comfortable and reliable.
No problems its comfortable reliable loaded with extras and looks great. Has everything I wanted it has a lot of room and it rides smoothly. The features are incredible even though it's five years old it has everything you could want or need I enjoy driving and travelling in it.

2016 Chevy equinox review.
Gas mileage is ok. Dependability and power is good. It has a lot of. Great options like the my Chevy app. I have the ltz sport trim with chrome wheels. And tints. The sound system is awesome. I would buy another one of the same kind in a year or so. It handles great in snow and ice alao.

Equinox is the best SUV compromise for cost but not on size and value!
I absolutely love my equinox! This was my first SUV and I will never go back. It is so roomy. I have never had a single problem with it, other than routine maintenance needs. It gets decent gas mileage and allows for plenty of room for hauling most of my needs with the back seats laid down.

Excellent safe family vehicle.
Very comfortable ride. Plenty of room for a family of four. Sleek look, better than average gas mileage. Love this car, very reliable have had no issues with it as I have kept up with routine maintenance. Perfect car for a family. Rear seats lay all the way down for extra space.

Like the style & shape of vehicle. Liked fords but now prefer Chevy.
The windshield wipers stopped on and extremely busy highway with children and baby in car in a horrible rainstorm stuck on left hand side of highway. We were petrified. The transfer case went, blew apart. 4 cylinder not strong enough to carry weight and miles per gallon advertised it incorrect. Only get about 17-18 mpg in city. Advertised 26 mpg.

Easy driving, comfort driven equinox.
Our equinox is very reliable, easy to drive. We use it daily and for long trips because of the comfort and gas consumption. My family has borrowed the car and all report enjoying driving it. Back seat and trunk is very room and usable. Although we have three cars, the equinox is our first choice.

It is very spacious with lots of cargo room & it rides & feels like a Luxury car, but is priced much lower.
I like the amount of cargo space. I like the gas mileage. I like the head room. I like the interior.

Chevy equinox windshield wipers.
The only problem I have had with this vehicle so far is that the windshield wipers would come off of the track because it got rusted. I had to get the part replaced but besides that I have had no other problems, I can always rely on this car. The seats are comfortable and adjustable.

Fantastic ride on any type of terrain, highway, city streets, or back roads.
I love it, very reliable, comfortable, and roomy. Great speakers, navigation, Bluetooth accessibility, hands free talk, and OnStar and XM radio. A/c and great heat in the winter. Great for trips, and everyday city driving. Brakes have lasted well as well as tire wear.

Back up cam is a plus. It comes with the lines to make sure you park perfectly.
Spacious and gets good gas mileage. Two row seating with a very spacious trunk or storage area in the back. No problems so far with my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. Back up cam is my favorite feature. Second row seats let down for more storage space. My cloth seats are black and very comfortable.

Engine!!!
Chevy equinox 2015 very bad, timing chain broke at 116 k miles, damaged few other things, burn oil and I do not recommend it. Now, it is estimated that it will cost me $4k to fix the problem. I took care of oil change regularly and I drove it rarely. I will just junked it, unfortunate!!!

2015 Chevy Equinox: a car you can depend on.
The 2015 Chevy Equinox is the perfect first-car. It has features such as Bluetooth, and AUX portal, sops button (in case of an emergency or accident), and cruise control. It has plenty of room in both the front and back seats for everyone to be comfortable and can seat up to five people. The trunk space is larger than it looks. I share the car with my sister (we're both attending the same university), and it is been extremely reliable for the two years we've had it. It is perfect for driving around with friends!

Dislike of front wheel drive.
I hate the fact my vehicle is front wheel drive. It does not drive like I am familiar with. Driving in snow is a real issue. Next vehicle I buy, I will know before purchase if front or rear wheel drive or all wheel drive. I do like for a 4 cylinder it has plenty of power. I dislike that you cannot charge a cell phone without the vehicle running.

Equinox is a reliable midsize SUV.
Has been a very reliable vehicle for us. I have only had to do regular scheduled maintenance. Not a lot of power for an SUV and could use a little more trunk space, but gets good mileage. Seats 5 comfortably. Overall I’d recommend the equinox for a small to midsize SUV.
