You're sitting in Your 2018 Nissan Sentra, trying to start the engine. You're pressing the push start button, but nothing is happening. What is going on The answer is going to be something very simple. Either Your key fob is not in the car with You, where it should be, the battery in the fob has died and needs to be replaced, or You're not pushing down on the gas pedal enough to get juice to the engine. Obviously, if the problem is the last one, You simply need to try again while applying more pressure to the gas. If the battery in Your fob has died, You will need to replace it. This is A3volt coin battery, which can be purchased for $3 to $12 each.

The push button start not working is most commonly caused by the brake pedal not being pushed hard enough on the 2018 nissan sentra.
