The reason why the tpms light on the 2010 Honda Odyssey is on could be because the tire pressure is either too low or too high. The recommended tire pressure for the vehicle iS33 psi for the front and 35 psi for the rear for the 235/60R17 tires and 33 to 35 psi for the front and 35 psi for the rear for the 235/65R16 tires. After the tires are at the correct tire pressure then the tpms should go off but if it doesn't You will need to reset it. To reset the tpms light You will need to make sure You are parked in a safe spot. Then on the display You go to menu, customize settings, tpms calibration, initialize and then You select yes.

The tpms light is illuminated in your 2010 honda odyssey vehicle to warn of excessively high or low tire pressures but also could be malfunctioning due to faulty tire sensors.
