If You Ford Fusion is not receiving sound through it's stereo it could be a wide variety of issues. You'll first want to check and see if the radio is actually on and working. If it is powering on then it's likely You have a wiring issue. You should pull out the stereo and check behind it to see that all the wires are attached properly.
