Where is the fuel pump driver module located in my 2003 ford expedition?

The 2003 Ford Expedition will not have a fuel pump driver module. This is on most Ford trucks but the Expedition is an SUV so instead it will have a fuel pump relay. This can be found in the central fuse box which will be behind the right kick panel. You'll have to use a pry tool in order to get in to this section of the vehicle and You'll need to remove several bolts while You're at it. The relay will be cheap to replace. If You want to do it on Your own it'll be between $15 and $20 for the part and between $200 and $350 for total parts and labor at a shop.
