The preferred Kia Spectra power steering fluid is labeled as a PSF-3 fluid as required by the manufacturer or You can use OEM Masterpro PSF. The cost of the fluid will range from $7 to $15 per quart in value. The reservoir will be placed under the hood at the front of the engine bay on the passenger side to test the power steering fluid. You will see a black cap with a steering wheel to indicate that it is a power steering fluid. Check the level by looking at the reservoir edge, where the level markers inform You whether any fluid needs to be applied or whether it's full.
