The Infintii G35 uses Dexron III for the power steering fluid system. Your vehicle has a power steering fluid reservoir and a power steering pump that work together to move hydraulic fluid through Your steering rack to aid You in turning. I recommend that You check Your power steering fluid levels every time that You change Your oil to make sure none has leaked out or boiled off. When You have low levels of fluid You will notice that Your vehicle is harder to steer and that can be a dangerous situation. If You do notice that there is a loss of fluid as well You will want to check the system to find where it is leaking from.
