The Honda code 70 03 means a/t system malfunction. This means the pressure switch on the transmission is bad. This system is designed to apply the correct amount of oil pressure to the gears in the transmission and to allow the gearbox to use the least pressured gear for each turn. This is done multiple times a second, and if the system is not working then You will run the risk of bricking Your transmission.
