The location of this cord can move around a little depending on the model year and trim of Your GMC Acadia, so You'll want to take this answer with that in mind. Disclaimer out of the way, assuming Your Acadia actually has a block heater (which oddly isn't included in the Winter Driving package), You'll find the cord right below the washer fluid fill spout. That's going to be right near where the transmission fluid fill cap is, if You need to get Your bearings. The cord runs along the side of the engine, and is held there with a restraining clip You should observe in proximity to the previously mentioned transmission fluid fill cap.

The GMC Acadia block heater cord is located at the front of the engine bay on the left side near the oil cooler inside of the grill.
