Replacing the headliner in a VW Jetta has a pretty big price range depending on the labor rates in Your area and the material that You decide to use. Using an OEM fabric will always be cheaper than upgrading to something like an alcantara or fancier fabric. It should cost about $150 to $400 to replace the headliner depending on the shop and labor rates. More expensive shops may be able to do a better job though. Replacing the headliner is somewhat complexBecause all of the interior panels that reach the roof need to be removed to allow the headliner to be dropped out of the vehicle. After that the headliner board is removed and reupholstered.
