First, You should know that the 2016 Jeep Cherokee doesn't actually use lug nuts; it uses lug bolts instead. This means that the threaded portion stays in. The threads on these will be 12mm and the hex head is typically going to be 19mm. The wheel bolt pattern on this Jeep iS5 X110mm, with a center bore of 65.1mm. You'll typically have two different rims by default: 17 or 18 inchers. The 17 inch is going to be a 225/60R17 tire, inflated to 33 psi, while the 18 inch will be a 225/55R18, also inflated to 33 psi. Other compatible wheels for this vehicle are the 215/60R17, the 225/55R19 (inflate to 36 psi) and the 235/45R20 (which gets tire pressure of 39 psi!)
