In the 2007 Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500, You'll find the blower motor inside the engine bay, located on the driver's side of the compartment in front of the battery. It's inside the integrated power module (IPM), which is essentially just a fancy term for the engine fuse block. Specifically, You'll find it at position 4 -- it is A40A fuse. On 2002-2007 models, it's run off the same fuse as the ignition switch, so it's possible that You'll have some issues beyond just a failing blower motor. If You replace it, You should also look for other causes; fuses don't just "blow"; they're there as a failsafe. You ought to check Your system and find the component that tripped the fuse.
