The 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 turn signal flasher can be found under the dashboard on the right of the steering column. You will have to remove the dash underneath to gain access to the switch. There will be some small plastic tabs underneath the dash where You can press to remove the covering for the signal flasher. You can usually follow the electric wiring from the hazard/turn signal to find where it is inside the dash. If You hear a clicking sound You can also follow that sound to pinpoint where it is located under the dash.
