The 2004 Honda Pilot fuel pump relay can be found in the fuse panel that is in the passenger footwell. This relay is what distributes power from Your battery to the fuel pump and allows it to start up and work. If You are not getting any fuel pressure at Your rails then this is the first thing to inspect. A bad relay will make the pump fail to work and then You would not have any fuel traveling in the lines. If the relay is fine and it still does not work after replacing it then You may need a new fuel pump because they have been known to fail over time.
