Like most Hondas, the 2007 Fit should only use a manufacturer sanctioned one to get optimal performance out of Your cooling system, though in a pinch You can use any non-silicate based one as a temporary measure. So, if there isn't any Honda Long-Life Antifreeze / Coolant Type 2 available, You can swap in a gallon of Preston's Yellow 50/50 coolant without any issues. The latter is widely available, typically being carried by everywhere from Your local car parts place to Walmart. For a general idea on price, O'Reilly's usually has it for around $12 on sale. Whatever You purchase, You needn't worry about consequences of mixing old with new; just top off the reservoir and drive on Your way!
