If Your 2011 Honda Odyssey has a check engine light and traction control light that both come on at the same time that usually means that there is a problem detected with Your transmission. Usually the check engine light will come on to let You know that the transmission control module has found a fault. If Your traction control light also comes on it means that the traction control sensors have found a problem. This happens most frequently when there is a problem with the power from the transmission making it to the wheels. I recommend You stop driving as soon as possible and confirm the information using an OBD II scan tool. This is the only way to make sure that it is a transmission fault.
