If You live in a state that requires emissions inspections like I do, the EVAP system has likely become a perennial thorn in Your side. On the 2018 Honda Pilot, You've got a number of potential causes for emissions system problems, but one is head and shoulders above the rest. First, You're going to want to make sure that Your gas cap isn't corroded, and forms a tight seal. If it does, then the absolute next place You should check is the fuel filler neck. Honda Pilots are absolutely terrible for these, and they're often the first thing to fail. In the off chance that this isn't where Your issue is coming from, then Your purge canister is also a candidate that's near the top of the list.
