If You need to replace it is a pretty difficult project. You will need to first lower the tire and then You will need to crawl under the rear of the vehicle. From there You should be able to see the mounting bolts that attach the system to the frame at the rear of the van. You can remove these bolts, then remove the linkage to the lowering arms, then remove it fully. After that You can install a new one doing that in reverse order.
