You can open the hood of a 2018 by pulling the hood latch until You hear a popping sound. The latch is generally located on the driver side near the pedals. To open the hood on a 2018 ford f-150, full the hood latch until the hood releases. Then go the the front of the truck and pull the hood latch upwards to fully release it.
