The side mirror for Your 2019 Toyota Camry will need to be adjusted using a switch on the inside of the vehicle, they cannot be adjusted manually by hand. The switch You are looking for will be locked on the driver's side door. It will be labeled mirror and You will have A4 way directional button to move each mirror in any direction including up, down, left or right. To switch which mirror You have control of there will be switch above this labeled L or R. The L will control the driver's side mirror and the R will control the passenger's side mirror.

To adjust either of the side mirrors on a 2019 toyota camry simply turn the nob on the driver side trim. Then tilt the control knob in whatever direction you want to move the mirror.
