The 2017 Ford Fiesta, with the 1.6L 4Cylinder turbo engine, useS4.3 quarts with the filter. You should use A5W-20 synthetic oil with this vehicle, though if You're in a climate that gets 20 below zero frequently, a 0W-20 viscosity is warranted. While You can go with a conventional oil, You're losing out on the benefits of a full or blended synthetic then, such as increased cleaning of engine parts and better performance due to the additives. If You're changing this out, don't put more than 21 pound feet of torque on the oil drain plug when You do so. The fiesta uses a standard canister style filter, such as the WIX51348-EA, which can be had for around $9.

The Fiesta, like most other vehicles, has a variety of lights that may come on for a variety of reasons. One such light is the oil change indicator light. If you see this light, it means that it is time to change the oil. To do this, you may go to a service station or, you may elect to change it yourself. The Fiesta comes with different engines so, you just know which engine you have. The 4 cylinder standard engine as well as the optional turbocharged 4 cylinder needs 4.2 quarts and the three cylinder takes 4.9 quarts.
