If, for some reason, You need to reset the tire pressure monitoring system on Your Lexus LS460, You'll need to get a little d***y. Well, I guess it depends on how clean You keep Your carpets -- there's a physical button for a reset, found on the underside of Your dash, just above the accelerator pedal. You'll know it to see it; it has an icon followed by the word "SET". Of course, there are times when a reset won't solve all of Your problems; You may need to replace one or more of the TPMS sensors, if the fault is critical. You can expect to pay around $50, give or take $20, for an individual sensor for the LS460. Sets of four can be found online for $150 or less.

Reset the tire pressure sensor in the Lexus LS 460 by pressing and holding the TPMS reset button until the warning light blinks three times.
