The first thing You should do when You have a tire light on in Your 2014 Lexus ES350 is go around the vehicle and make sure that there are not any screws or nails in Your tires. Next You should fill the tires back up to the recommended specifications found on the decal in the driver's door jamb. Once they are all filled You should be ready to reset the TPMS system. To do that You can put the vehicle in the on position without the engine running and then press the TPMS reset button located low down on the dash. Hold this until the TPMS light blinks, then You can turn the vehicle off and back on and the light should go off.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your lexus es 350 vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.
