Next You need to make sure the tire pressure for the tires are right, which iS35 psi for the front and 37 psi for the rear for the F: 225/40R18 88Y and R: 255/40R18 95Y tires and then 35 psi for the front and 38 psi for the rear tires for the rest of the tires size. Next You will need to turn the vehicle to the on position without starting the vehicle. Next press the left or right arrow buttons until the initialization setting appears on the display. Press the on/off button until tire pressure warning light blinkS3 times. Then lastly turn the vehicle to the ACC or lock position after waiting for a few moments.

To reset the tpms in the 2008 lexus is250, select the "pressure initial" option on the information display by using the left and right arrows. Hold the center button down for three seconds. You should hear a chime and the light should flash three times. Release the button, start the vehicle and let it run or drive it finish the resetting process.
