The 2017 AudiQ7 does have the option for Apple car play, but it does not have it as a standard option. You will have to download it separate and then install it from there. Audi has there own media system that comes installed on the car, but it requires a data connection, so it is best to make sure You want to pay it before You use it. If You get Apple car play make sure that You set it to update, as it will not do it automatically due to not being the default option.

IPhone users have an additional connectivity option in the Audi Q7. If Bluetooth is not enough or, you need a more complete emersion, this vehicle has Apple CarPlay standard on all trim levels. This is not unique to this vehicle; manufacturers are moving towards offering this technology in more vehicles in the future.
