Along with fluid changes, terrible sounds will come from the transmission. Old transmission fluid will be awful to the ear. A worn out torque converter will cause a headache.

Purchased my 2016 Transit 150 new and now has 40,300 miles. Just went in for new Transmission gearbox. Lost all gears except reverse. 90 miles away from home. Tow truck = $714.00
