The 2016 Ford Fiesta is equipped with spare tire for all trim levels. The ST 4dr Hatchback comes with a full-size spare while the other trims have a compact steel tire. For the compact tires You should regularly check that the pressure is at 60 psi. The full size tire should have a cold tire pressure of 44 psi. The jack kit and spare are both located under the floor panel of the cargo area. You will need to remove the wingnut holding the tire in place by turning it counterclockwise. Prior to jacking up the car make sure the surface is level and the parking brake engaged. Block the diagonal opposite wheel (i.e., opposite the one You're going to change). As indicated in the owner's manual the jacking points are in front of the rear wheel and behind the front wheel.

Yes, when you purchase your 2016 Ford Fiesta all four trims come equipped with a spare tire, that's stored inside, under the cargo section. Though the S, SE, EX and Titanium all come with a compact spare, the ST has a full sized steel spare.
