The 2003 Ford Focus does not come with an AUX input. An AUX input was not very common to have in 2003, and they were added several years later. If You want to add an AUX input to Your Focus then there are ways to do it. There are third party cables that You can connect to the back of Your OEM head unit to add a 3.5mm jack and USB port. If You do not want to add a cable then You can always swap out the head unit with a new one. The newer options on the market have aux inputs, bluetooth, and even more advanced features like Apple CarPlay.
