A 2019 complaint filed with the NHTSA reports that the ABS warning lights lit up when the driver tried to stop during hazardous road conditions. The ABS system did not engage as designed, and the owner believed this issue was related to a faulty ABS control module.
The vehicle was taken to a dealership, but the report does not state the final diagnosis or what the repair involved.
